The return itself ended up being more annoying than I expected. I kept checking the tracking number, the return status page, and even the exact date it was delivered back to them, but the refund still took forever to show up. It eventually came through, but the whole process felt like a hassle

I’ve had my ProForm treadmill a little over 2 years now, and my simple test for stuff like this is basically: if I’m not thinking about it, it’s doing its job. I use it about 4-5 times a week and it still feels solid. No loose parts, no weird noises, and the belt still runs smooth. For the price, I kind of assumed I’d be dealing with some little annoyances by now, but so far it’s been really dependable.

It arrived safely and was packed really well. i was kind of expecting it to be a little banged up like packages sometimes are, but they clearly did a good job with this one

The trainer-led workouts have been easy to follow and actually keep me moving. It feels like someone is there giving me a little push without overdoing it, which I appreciate. I thought I might need extra motivation or a complicated plan, but that feels unnecessary with these. I’m already looking forward to the next workout...

I ordered from proform.com expecting my stuff to arrive in about a week, or at least somewhere close to that. Instead, it felt like it just sat there forever, and the tracking barely changed for days.

Support was friendly and didn’t make it more complicated than it needed to be. Straightforward experience overall, so I’ve got no complaints

My treadmill belt started slipping, because apparently that’s just what I needed that day. I found the maintenance tips on proform.com and, surprisingly, they were actually easy to follow. Got the belt adjusted in about 15 minutes without having to call for service, which was a nice change from things being way more complicated than they need to be. Happy with how it turned out.

The motor seems to run okay, but I do notice the belt slipping a bit here and there

I went with ProForm mainly because the warranty seemed better than a few other brands I was looking at, and I’m really glad I paid attention to that. Just a heads up to anyone shopping around: don’t ignore the warranty details, because a small issue popped up with one of the parts a few months in and I thought it was going to turn into a whole ordeal.
Luckily, support checked my info, confirmed it was covered, and sent out the replacement without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. It did take a little bit of waiting, but nothing too bad. I’m just relieved I didn’t have to pay extra, so definitely make sure you know what’s covered before you buy. 5 stars from me

The workouts are actually good and definitely push me, but the resistance changes can be laggy and throw off my pace. It’s also a bit annoying when the instructions aren’t super clear, because I’m left guessing what I’m supposed to do right when the workout is moving fast.
