"So far so good"
I chose Proform as I have a treadmill that is 10+ years old and is still being used. I have had a bad shopping experience with Proform in the past, but decided to give it another try.

"Slow to deliver, but great treadmill"
I ordered my treadmill on Jan 1. I can't remember the exact date of delivery, but i contacted Proform twice as delivery was so slow. The treadmill itself is great! I think the incline calibration is off significantly, but just means I'm working harder. I have to decline to about a -2 to get a level treadmill. My son said this is factory set, so nothing i can do, i have not called a technician on the issue.
